St fintans Villas , Blackrock

Kota Construction has acquired a potential development opportunity approx. 0.3 acre in Blackrock , Co. Dublin.

Planning has been granted permission for phase one of the development which is the construction of a new 4 bedroom detached dwelling. The phase two of the development will consist of two additional four bedroom dwellings being constructed to the rear with private access road.

Attic renovation - Ranelagh

Ranelagh attic renovation and front garden project.

Client Brief:

1: Turn existing office space into an en-suite bathroom for the attic bedroom, whilst creating a smaller space too use as an office. 

2: Create a bright open bedroom with plenty of storage space.

3: Re-design the front garden.

4:  Put a new un-vented cylinder and submersible pump water tank too cope with the extra shower.

Working closely with the client Kota construction designed and built the project with a 5 week turn around.
